OVERVIEW


HAIM Aviation inc. is designing the aircraft for the LSA and AULA markets.

Our aircraft, called the R.S.T. is inspired from the famous 30's US trainer.

Haim Aviation is designing the aircraft to meet the ASTM standard for LSA and Canadian AULA category. The aircraft is primarily designed for the North American market

We already completed the technical compliance reports and the drawings of our aircraft.

We began the construction of the prototype end of 2010 and expect to start the flight tests early 2012.






ABOUT US


H.A.I.M. Aviation transferred its activities from Montreal to the airport of Lachute to set-up the aircraft factory to develop and market the aircraft for the North American market.

Montréal has been known for its long and successful history in the aerospace industry. Thierry Zibi created the company and supervise the construction of the aircraft.

Thierry Zibi is the owner and manage the company. Our team of aerospace technicians and engineers are all experienced professionals from the aeronautical industry.

H.A.I.M Aviation vision is to provide modern version of vintage birds in the light sport market in Canada and in the United States.



OUR AIRCRAFT


The R.S.T. is inspired from the famous 30's trainer. Our objective is to produce a modern version of it.

Our aircraft is all metal construction (Aluminum alloys), the fuselage is semi-monocoque with a steel cage for crash protection surrounded by an aluminum skin.

We use state of the art technology as well as modern techniques of construction in order to reduce weight, improve construction time and cost.

The R.S.T. is a modern and elegant bird with retro lines and charming details. It will catch the eyes of the vintage lovers and aircraft enthusiasts
